Third Stage

Secondary menu

Third Stage offers a varied programme of arts based activities with friendly and informal classes for older people on Deeside. Participants can turn up on the day and take part.

Everyone is made welcome to these friendly and informal classes, running weekly on Wednesday mornings from 10 am -12 noon, with coffee and cake served from 9.45am. The 2012 Spring session will run from Wednesday 22 February until the end of March.

Third Stagers are invited to take part in a number of activities such as painting, drawing, lino cutting, movement, dance, drama, singing, stories and writing, calligraphy, poetry, silk painting and creative work with fabrics. Classes are led by professional artists including teachers from Grays School of Art, Citymoves and Peacock Visual Arts. Occasionally trips are organised to visit local art galleries.

Disabled parking spaces are available in front of the building and there is ramped access throughout. Free transport may also be available. If you have any special needs please phone in advance to ensure that suitable arrangements can be made.
